Royal Wedding for Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall?

Mike Tindall finally broke his silence regarding his relationship with Zara Phillips saying they would marry, once they found the time. The England and Gloucester rugby star has been dating the Queens’ granddaughter for 6 years and they’ve recently bought a £800,000 house together.
The 30-year-old rugby star blamed their hectic life styles for preventing them from tying the knot. Both are successful sports people in their own right with Zara competing all over the world in equestrian events and Mike playing rugby full time for his club and country.
A disappointed Zara was forced to pull out of the Beijing Olympics last year after her horse was struck down with injury; the plucky royal now has her sights firmly set on the London Olympics in 2012 which is good news for the equine world, but less good for those hoping to see the pair walk up the aisle any time soon.
It was hoped by many that the marriage of Zara’s brother Peter Phillips to Autumn Kelly last year may spur the busy pair into action. Mike remains resolute that it’s definitely a matter of “when not if.” Adding that “There is no doubt I love Zara but it has to be the right time.”
The Queen and Zara’s mother Princess Anne will be relieved to hear that Mike is a traditional kind of guy and plans to do things the “usual way round” marrying his royal girlfriend before starting a family. He’s also resigned to the fact that in marrying a member of the royal family, it is expected your wedding is a grand, lavish affair; although he did admit the idea of “sneaking away without telling anyone” had crossed his mind.
